Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How often should I change my filter?
We recommend every 2–3 months depending on usage (pets, allergies, heavy use). With our plan, we schedule and perform the changes for you.
Q: What happens if my furnace breaks down?
If you’re on the Protection Plan or the Premium Protection Plan, eligible parts and labor are covered for 12 months under the plan terms.
Q: What parts are not covered?
All furnace parts are covered under the Premium Protection Plan, except the heat exchanger, since it is not repairable.
Q: Where do you provide service?
We proudly serve Ottawa and the surrounding areas. (Pickup or delivery available only within this region.)
