Local Deliveries

Local deliveries within Ottawa area including Ottawa, Kanata, Stittsville, Nepean, Orleans, Rockland, Barrhaven, Gloucester, Greely, Russell and Richmond

Deliveries are made from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number or email address you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

Same-day delivery on parts + replacement purchases only. We will contact you to schedule for the repair*

Order Processing

  • We ship from our Ottawa warehouse
  • We process the orders on the same day.
  • Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
  • If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at info@OttawaFurnaceParts.ca or 613-890-9022. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
  • Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.

In-store pickup

Free local pickup at 606 Netley Circle, Ottawa, ON K1T 0A3. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up the next business day. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. Please note that the pickup location is at our warehouse, not a retail store. 

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include an order number you can use to check its status at https://ottawafurnaceparts.ca/account

If you haven’t received your order within 4 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@OttawaFurnaceParts.ca with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Order Cancellations and Changes

For the benefit of our customers, we strive to process orders as soon as possible. As such, orders may be shipped from our warehouse for fulfillment almost immediately after they are placed.

Once an order reaches processing phase, due to difficulty of finding orders during the order fulfillment process, we are unable to make changes and/or cancellations as the order is no longer accessible.

We ask the clients to review orders carefully prior to submission.  In case a cancellation is required, please contact us as soon as possible to increase the likelihood that we are able to stop your order from leaving order processing to warehouse fulfillment. Please note that although we will do our best, we are not able to provide such a guarantee.
