Return & Refund Policy

At OttawaFurnaceParts.ca, we sell HVAC parts intended for professional installation. Due to the technical, safety-sensitive, and electrical nature of HVAC components, the following policy applies

Electrical Parts – Final Sale

All electrical and electronic HVAC parts are FINAL SALE and NON-RETURNABLE, including but not limited to:

Control boards
Blower motors
Inducer motors
Limit switches
Sensors
Igniters
Pressure switches
Any electrical or electronic components

These items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for any reason, including but not limited to claims of defect, incorrect diagnosis, compatibility issues, noise concerns, or installation-related problems.

Non-Electrical Parts

Non-electrical and non-motorized parts may be eligible for return if:

Return is requested within 7 days of delivery
Item is unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
Proof of purchase is provided

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Installed or used parts
Electrical, electronic, or motorized components
Special-order or custom items
Clearance or final sale items

Shipping Fees

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Refund Processing

Approved refunds (non-electrical items only) will be issued to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days after inspection.

Some products and services are available to Ottawa residents only.

Parts Replacement Warranty:

Any furnace and/or air conditioner part replacement done by Ottawa Furnace Parts comes with one month warranty
