Service Description:
Steps to start up your air conditioner for Spring:
- Remove the winter condenser cover
- Check to see the foundation slab under the air conditioner is not damaged
- Check the circuit breaker, disconnect swish and high voltage power
- Check the condenser fan and compressor
- Test the contactor
- Clean the condenser coil
- Clean the evaporator drain
- Check the furnace filter to make sure it is clean
- Check the air flow through the evaporator
- Check pipe insulation for damages
- Turn humidifier damper to summer or OFF position
- Test unit to see if it works and run it for 10 minutes to see if cool air is blowing

Service Restrictions:
- This service can be used only for central air conditioner and cannot be used for ductless, window AC.
- This service is only for Ottawa and the area
