  • Carbon monoxide (CO) safety test with documented results
  • Burner and ignition inspection & cleaning
  • Heat exchanger inspection for visible cracks or concerns
  • Filter check and replacement guidance (filters not included)
  • Written service report with recommended fixes (if any) 
  • Optional (Furnace Protection Plan covers all Furnace parts for extra security and saving)
